Step 2: Apply
📝 Complete and submit the application form via email or in person. Be sure to include:
Birth certificate
Baptismal certificate (if applicable)
Immunization records
Recent report cards (grades 1-8)
Standardized test scores (if available)
Step 3: Family Interview
👨👩👧 Meet with our principal, Ms. Patricia Flores, to discuss your child’s needs, our school mission, and how we can support your family’s faith and academic journey.
Step 4: Student Assessment
📚 Students may be asked to take a short placement assessment to ensure grade-level readiness.
Step 5: Enrollment & Tuition Assistance
💳 Once accepted, families will receive enrollment instructions through FACTS.
💡 Tuition assistance is available—apply through FACTS Tuition Aid.
