MHT Receives Donations from Neighboring Parishes

Blessed Sacrament and Our Lady of Assumption Parishes held fundraisers to support our school. Blessed Sacrament Church held a tamaleada fundraiser in November and December that raised $5,000. Our Lady of Assumption's annual Cattlemans' Steak Dinner raised $4,000. This money is earmarked to provide financial aid for students in need. Father Ben Flores stated that  "Most Holy Trinity is our last remaining Catholic School in Northeast, we need to support it." Seminarian Ivan Montelongo and Susan Danley represented the Ladies of Our Lady of Assumption (LOLAS) when they presented their check to MHT. "We are happy to help and will continue to do so," said Mrs. Danley. After receiving the checks Mr. Horan stated , "I am very grateful to the parishioners of Blessed Sacrament and to the LOLAS for their support; we can not do the work we are doing without their help.".
