School History

Father Tom O’Mahoney was the pastor when Most Holy Trinity School was established in September 1968 as a Kindergarten.  In 1975, first and second grades were added, and then one class was added each year until 1980 when Grade 8 was added.  In May 1981, the first eighth-grade class was graduated from Most Holy Trinity School.  In 1994, a pre-kindergarten program for 4 year-olds was added to accommodate those parents who prefer a day care with an emphasis in learning in both social and academic areas. In 1999 a new church building opened, at that time the current church which was physically attached to the school was converted into a library and multi-purpose room used for parent meetings, after care and special events. School  enrollment has grown from 86 students in 2009-2010 to the current enrollment of 156 students. The current parish administrator is Father Michael Lewis. Our school has continued to thrive as an elementary parochial school serving the El Paso area.
